Recently, the 2026 Frontier Forum on Innovative Cancer Treatments was successfully held in the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone in Hainan. The forum, themed "Intelligent Integration in Lecheng: Building a New Ecosystem for Cancer Treatment," brought together academicians and experts from both domestic and international arenas, clinical authority scholars, research institutions, and elites from the biopharmaceutical industry. The focus was on cutting-edge areas such as cell therapy, oncolytic viruses, homeostasis medicine, and precision diagnosis and treatment of central nervous system tumors. Leveraging the “licensed entry and pilot testing” policy advantages of Lecheng, participants explored new paths for innovative cancer technologies, clinical translation, and synergistic industrial ecosystem development. Lai Xintian, the chairman of Jinrui Bioindustry, attended the forum and deeply engaged in academic discussions and industry exchanges, actively integrating into the national collaborative development landscape for innovative cancer treatment.

The forum featured a stellar lineup of experts and a rich academic atmosphere, with renowned academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences such as Wei Yuquan and Shang Yongfeng attending the opening ceremony and delivering speeches. Among them, Wei Yuquan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the head of the National Key Laboratory of Biotherapy at Sichuan University, and the tumor center at West China Hospital, delivered a keynote report titled "Advances in Biopharmaceuticals and Biotherapy Research." He systematically reviewed the transition of biopharmaceuticals from laboratory research to clinical application in recent years, analyzing the latest breakthroughs and future trends in cutting-edge biotherapy technologies such as antibody drugs, cell therapy, and oncolytic viruses. He pointed out that biotherapy has become the fourth pillar of cancer treatment following surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy, laying a solid theoretical foundation for innovative cancer treatments and indicating future research directions.

Academician Yuquan Wei of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, affiliated with the State Key Laboratory of Biotherapy (Sichuan University) and Cancer Center of West China Hospital; Chairman of the Company’s Scientific Advisory Board and core inventor of JRF101 patents.
Professor Wenbin Li from Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University, the Company’s core clinical collaboration expert, unveiled Phase II clinical trial data of JRF101 for recurrent glioblastoma at the forum.
Glioblastoma is the most aggressive type of brain malignancy. Patients with recurrent disease face limited therapeutic options and dismal prognosis, leaving substantial unmet medical needs. The released Phase II results demonstrate that the novel agent JRF101 features favorable safety profiles and potent anti-tumor efficacy, opening a groundbreaking therapeutic avenue for recurrent glioblastoma and laying a solid foundation for subsequent clinical development.
Independently developed by Jinrui Jiye, JRF101 is a small-molecule liposomal drug targeting the tumor microenvironment. It modulates the tumor microenvironment via multiple pathways to rectify abnormalities in tumor immunity, metabolism and angiogenesis, thereby restraining malignant tumor progression. As the Company’s flagship pipeline candidate built on its proprietary liposome technology platform, JRF101 is advancing steadily through clinical trials and is expected to deliver new therapeutic hope for patients with brain tumors.
