Jinrui Foundation is an innovative pharmaceutical technology enterprise focused on drug research and development. Established in May 2009, it is classified as a high-tech and "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" enterprise co-founded by experienced drug research scientists and entrepreneurs. Over the past decade, Jinrui Foundation has built an excellent team with independent research and development capabilities. The team comprises senior experts from renowned drug research institutions and specialized R&D personnel from well-known domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies, covering the entire process of drug development. The company has established a first-class international and leading domestic liposome research and development platform, as well as a natural drug research and development platform. It has built a raw material API production workshop that meets GMP requirements (having obtained a raw material production license) and a formulation production workshop.
Since its establishment, Jinrui Foundation has been dedicated to the research and development of innovative small-molecule anti-tumor drugs and innovative drugs for autoimmune diseases. It possesses a first-class international and leading domestic integrated platform for liposome research and production, a natural drug research platform, a small molecule drug discovery platform, and a clinical medical research center. After years of accumulation and development, the company has invested hundreds of millions of yuan, forming a product pipeline with over ten innovative anti-tumor drugs (including natural small molecules and small molecule targeted drugs) that are globally competitive, addressing numerous unmet clinical needs such as intractable brain tumors, advanced malignant non-small cell lung cancer, advanced ovarian cancer, and Exon20 mutation tumors. Currently, Jinrui Foundation has five projects in clinical research and several other projects in the preclinical research phase. Among them, the fastest progress is for a globally innovative drug—a lyophilized powder of “Hehoupuchenol Liposome,” which is an innovative drug with independent intellectual property rights and is the first of its kind globally. It has authorized over thirty patents and has continuously won substantial support for major new drug creation projects under the 12th and 13th Five-Year Plans. The JRF102 project for treating brain edema is currently in clinical phase II, while three other projects are in clinical phase I.
